Vikings
In the heart of Trelleborg lies the Viking fortress Trelleborgen. Here you can explore a Viking farmstead and a museum. During the summer, the café and gift shop are also open to visitors.
Smygehuk Lighthouse
Climb the 18-meter-tall Smygehuk Lighthouse, built in 1883. It has long guided boats and fishermen along the coast. During the summer, the lighthouse is open to the public.

Pet the animals and pick berries, flowers, and pumpkins. Visit Hallongården and the farm store, where you’ll find their unique raspberry ketchup and many other treats to enjoy with your coffee.

The Palm Procession
The Palm Train is a free hop-on, hop-off train that runs between Trelleborg’s attractions. It departs daily during the summer, and the full loop takes about 20 minutes.
The Palm Bus
During the summer, a free red double-decker bus called the Palmbussen runs between Trelleborg and Smygehuk, with stops at Dalabadet and Gislöv.

Nestled in a garden setting, just a stone's throw from the beach at Beddingestrand, is a cozy ice cream café. Here you can enjoy Otto ice cream from Skåne in homemade cones or vegan ice cream from Lovice.
Look for harbor seals
In Skåre, west of Trelleborg, there is a marine reserve with harbor seals. They often rest on the rocks from fall through March and come from the Måkläppen colony. Bring binoculars to spot them.
