We believe that the internet should be accessible to everyone and are actively working to ensure that our website can be used by as many people as possible—regardless of functional ability. To achieve this, we strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how web content can be made more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. By following them, we aim to ensure that the website is accessible to people who are blind, have low vision, have motor impairments, have cognitive disabilities, and more.
The website uses several technologies to maintain a high level of accessibility. We use an interface that allows people with specific needs to customize the website’s user interface (UI) according to their own preferences. In addition, we use a technical solution that runs in the background and continuously optimizes the website’s accessibility.
This solution improves the website's HTML code and adapts its functionality and behavior for screen readers (for blind users) and keyboard navigation (for users with motor impairments).

Screen Reader and Keyboard Navigation
Our website uses ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes along with various behavioral adjustments to enable users who use screen readers to read, understand, and use the website’s features. When a user with a screen reader visits the website, a prompt appears asking them to enable a special mode so they can navigate and use the website effectively.
Here are some of the most important demands we support:
1. Optimization for screen readers
We use a process that analyzes the website’s components from top to bottom to ensure continued compliance even when the website is updated. As part of this process, we provide screen readers with meaningful information via ARIA attributes. This may include, for example, correct labels for form fields, descriptions of clickable icons (social media, search, shopping cart, etc.), guidance during form validation, and roles for elements such as buttons, menus, and modal dialogs (pop-up windows).
The process also scans the website's images and, when necessary, creates descriptive ALT text (alternative text) using object recognition. It can also extract text embedded in the image using OCR (optical character recognition) technology.
To enable optimization for screen readers, users can press Alt + 1. Users with screen readers also receive automatic notifications prompting them to turn on optimization when they visit the website. These adjustments are compatible with common screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
2. Optimization for keyboard navigation
The process also adjusts the website's HTML and adds functionality via JavaScript so that the website can be fully navigated using a keyboard. This includes, among other things:
- Navigate using Tab and Shift + Tab
- Navigate drop-down menus using the arrow keys; close them with Esc.
- Activate buttons and links by pressing Enter.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate between radio buttons and checkboxes, and select an option by pressing the spacebar or Enter.
Users who require keyboard navigation can also access a menu to skip to content (“skip to content”) or to the first element when using keyboard navigation. If pop-up windows open, focus automatically shifts to them, ensuring that focus does not leave the dialog.
Users can also use shortcuts such as:
- M (menus)
- H (headings)
- F (form)
- B (buttons)
- G (graphics/images)
Supported User Profiles
- Safety Profile for Epilepsy:
Reduces the risk of seizures by removing flashing or flickering animations and high-risk color combinations.
- Profile for Visual Impairment:
Adapts the website for common vision impairments such as impaired vision, tunnel vision, cataracts, glaucoma, etc.
- Cognitive Impairment Profile:
Assistive features designed to help people with conditions such as autism, dyslexia, stroke (CVA), and others focus and understand better.
- ADHD-Friendly Profile
Reduces distractions and "noise" to make reading and focusing easier.
- Profile for Blind Users (Screen Readers)
Make the website compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Profile for Keyboard Navigation (Motor Skills)
Make it easier to use the website with Tab/Shift+Tab and Enter, as well as the shortcuts M, H, F, B, and G.
Additional adjustments to the UI, design, and readability
- Fonts – change size, typeface, spacing, alignment, line spacing, etc.
- Colors – choose a contrast mode such as light, dark, inverted, or monochrome. You can also change the color schemes for headings, text, and backgrounds, with several options available.
- Animations – Disable animations (including videos, GIFs, and CSS effects) to reduce the risk for users who are susceptible to epilepsy.
- Highlighting content – emphasize important elements such as links and headings, or highlight only elements that are in focus or under the mouse pointer.
- Mute – instantly mute all sounds on the website (this can help users with hearing aids who are affected by sounds that play automatically).
- Support for cognitive difficulties – a search function linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary that can help explain terms, abbreviations, slang, etc.
- More features —including changing the cursor color and size, print mode, a virtual keyboard, and additional accessibility tools.
How accessible is the website?
We are constantly working to improve the accessibility of our website. We are aware that some parts of the website may not be fully accessible and may therefore only partially comply with the Accessibility Act.
Content that is not available
Non-organic components, such as embedded frame components and third-party plugins: The website may contain components from third-party providers, such as chat features and cookie management. In some cases, these may not be fully accessible, which could affect the experience for users with disabilities. These components are managed by external providers and may, in some cases, be beyond our direct control.
Links to PDF documents and other files: The website may have some accessibility issues regarding how users can access documents, as they may lack sufficient information about formats and access. In some of these documents, the content may also not yet be fully accessible. Specifically, this website contains deficiencies in examples.
We are constantly working to identify problems and improve our accessibility.
How We Tested the Website
We conduct regular accessibility tests using a tool and compile the results into a report.
Compatibility with assistive technologies and web browsers
We strive to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible so that users can choose the tools that work best for them, with as few limitations as possible. That’s why we’ve worked to support the major browsers, which together account for over 95% of the market, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. We also support screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA for both Windows and Mac users.
Comments, Suggestions, and Feedback
Despite our efforts, there may be pages or sections of the website that are not yet fully accessible, are currently being improved, or lack a suitable technical solution. We are continuously improving accessibility by adding, updating, and further developing features, and by adopting new technologies as they become available.
