The Anderslöv tour 24 km

Gamla Torget

You start at Gamla Torget in Anderslöv and follow Gamla Torggatan on the west side of the square. A bit further down the road Gamla Torggatan changes name to Sörbyvägen towards Sörby. Once you reach Sörby, follow the road north towards Grönalund (Börringe). After about 1.5 km more, on the left side of the road, you will find Sörby Rökeri. In their charming little shop, you can buy smoked delicacies and delicious cheeses. Continue north and turn right onto Kjösevägen. If you look to your right, you will notice why the word Kjöse means larger flat wetland. You will see wonderfully beautiful nature spread out with Tullstorpsån running through the landscape on its way to the Baltic Sea.

Norra Grönby

Follow Kjösevägen towards Norra Grönby. If you start feeling hungry, you can stop at Grönby Gårdscharkuteri to enjoy a fantastic pizza or a tapas plate. It is a good idea to book a table in advance. Also, take the opportunity to buy some of the fantastic charcuterie produced on the farm. Just one kilometer away is Hällåkra Vingård. Here, you can taste the estate’s own wines with local snacks and maybe take a walk through the vineyard. You can find the winery’s opening hours on their website.

Grönby

Continue until you reach the end of Kjösevägen. There, turn right towards Grönby. In the village, you can visit the beautiful Galleri Alma to look at art and crafts. You will find the sign and the road leading to the gallery on the left side. After visiting the gallery, continue south through Grönby. Turn left at the church, and then left again onto Vassadalsvägen. You will soon reach Sillesjövägen. You can either continue this path or turn right to visit Lenas Skaparatelje in Hönsinge. At Lena’s, you can find beautiful small gifts and crafts to take home with you.

Jordberga

When you continue further down Sillesjövägen, you will find Thassas Thai, where you can buy delicious Thai food. After this stop, continue until you reach the sign for Lilla Jordberga 4. Now you are close to Vinbärsgården, where you can greet clucking hens, enjoy nature, and buy honey or eggs to take home. After Vinbärsgården, turn right and cycle to road 101. There, turn left first and then right towards Jordberga. Continue straight. If you then turn left, you are near Hönsinge Hantwerksbryggeri, where you might be tempted to stop for a cold, locally produced beer before continuing your bike ride. The brewery’s opening hours are on their website.

Continue cycling until the asphalt ends and cobblestones begin. Turn right towards Lilla Jordberga and forward towards Brönnestad and then Fröjdenborg. In Fröjdenborg, turn right towards Anderslöv, your destination for the bike ride.

Anderslöv

Maybe you have booked a stay with Anita at Gästis in Anderslöv for a delicious dinner and a good night’s sleep after the long bike ride. While there, you can also visit the old village jail, where you can browse beautiful art at AC-Design, or finish the tour with some shopping at ZillaF.
